GroupSoft Rolls XPages Mobile into GS/ServiceDesk Version 15

GS/ServiceDesk, a customer service app that runs on the IBM Lotus Domino platform, now has a mobile interface for iPhone and Android using the native XPages Mobile Controls. The new interface allows customer service agents to update and create tickets from a smartphone.

GS/ServiceDesk Version 15 is available now. A full evaluation version is available by registering on the GroupSoft web site. The basic application runs on Notes/Domino 6.5 or later. The XPages self-help and dashboard features requires Domino 8.5 or later. The XPages Mobile interface requires Domino 8.5.3 with Upgrade Pack 1 or later.

Software license fees are based on the number of customer service agents, with unlimited customer self-help access. The license fee includes incident ticketing, change management, knowledge management, asset management and QA (bug) management. GS/ServiceDesk can also be used as a combined internal/external help desk.

GS/ServiceDesk, like all GroupSoft applications, is licensed with full source code (unlocked design) and is a fully supported product, including real telephone and email support directly from GroupSoft, not an outsourced provider.
