| FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE GroupSoft Systems Achieves Lotus Advanced ISV Status Products also recertified under new program NEWTON, MA, October 3, 1999 - GroupSoft Systems has been accepted as an Advanced ISV Partner by Lotus Development, an IBM Company. Two GroupSoft Systems products were also recertified under the new ISV partner program: the GroupSoft Help Desk and GroupSoft Service Desk. GroupSoft Systems first joined the Lotus Business Partner program in 1993. Since then the program has evolved to encompass partners specializing in consulting, training, hosting services and shrink-wrapped products. The company's products were previously certified under the old program and carried the "Runs with Notes" mark. GroupSoft Systems' products run exclusively on the Notes/Domino platform.
