GroupSoft Service Desk Receives Lotus Certification Customer Service Product Earns "Runs with Notes" Designation NEWTON, Mass., February 23, 1998 - GroupSoft Systems today announced that the GroupSoft Service Desk for Lotus Notes and Domino has received the right to use the "Runs with Notes" designation from Lotus Development.
